After full payment of the rug we will ship free of charge to anywhere in the contiguous USA. For other areas please contact us for a shipping quotation.
Return Policy
We appreciate your business and your satisfaction is a major concern. Returns can be initiated within three days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs for return of the rug. All returns must be in original condition and soil/stain free. We do not accept returns for rugs that are custom or special orders or had alterations done at your request. If asked to store rugs, sale is final three days after invoicing.
